River Cove Residences

River Cove Residences is a waterfront residential project by Sobha Realty within Sobha City on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

The project includes 1-3 bedroom apartments and a limited 4-bedroom duplex release, including a Type A canal-view duplex with private jacuzzi, expansive terraces, powder room and store. Homes are planned with balconies, terraces or outdoor spaces that extend living areas toward the waterfront, while the wider Sobha City setting connects residents to landscaped promenades, social decks, lawns, children’s areas, jogging and cycling tracks, open-air fitness, shaded walkways and canal-side leisure spaces. Recorded project areas now range from about 1,238 to 3,428 sq ft, with anticipated completion in December 2029.
