Delete your account

What happens next

• You are signed out everywhere and your account is deleted after 30 days. Signing in before then cancels the deletion.
• We email you 3 days before the deletion date.
• A subscription paid on our website stops renewing at the end of the period you paid for. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in the store.
• If you have an open deal, commission still to be paid, an active subscription or a team seat, we hold the deletion until that is settled and our team reviews it.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number and photo.
• Your Emirates ID number, nationality and the images of any identity documents you uploaded.
• Your password, two-factor settings, Google and Apple sign-in links, signed-in devices and push notification tokens.
• Your bank details, company name, RERA number and the notes on your agent profile.
• Your clients, enquiries, personal links and price alerts.
• Your saved projects, portfolio, brand kit and marketing images, Ask conversations, notifications, appointments and viewing history.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of deals, commission, payouts (including the bank details a payout was sent to) and payments. UAE accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering laws require us to keep these, usually for five to seven years. They are linked to an anonymous "Deleted user" record, not to your name or email.
• A record that an identity check took place and its result, without the document images.
• Security and audit logs, such as the record that your account was deleted, kept for security and to handle legal claims.
