Eligibility
Do I need a RERA card to join?
It depends on what you want to do on Insiders.
If you want to close deals yourself — meet clients, sign broker forms, represent the buyer — yes, you need a valid UAE RERA card. Don't have one? Your dedicated AM will guide you through the exam and placement. Most agents complete it in 3–4 weeks.
If you just want to refer clients — pass a lead to Insiders and let one of our RERA-carded closing agents handle the deal — no card needed. You get paid a referral fee on every deal that closes. Passive, compliant, and open to anyone with a network: mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, international agents, anyone with the right contacts.
Can I work with Insiders and stay with my current brokerage?
Yes. Most Insiders agents run both in parallel for 60 days, then decide. No exclusivity clauses, no minimum volume.
Do you accept agents with no prior Dubai experience?
Yes. If you've closed deals anywhere — anywhere — and you're coachable, your AM will build a 30-day ramp plan. Most first deals close in 45–60 days.
Can I join from outside the UAE?
Yes — and most of our international members never set foot in Dubai.

How and when am I paid?
Commissions release 7 days after the signed SPA clears developer reconciliation. Straight to your UAE bank account. You can watch every deal's status live on your dashboard.
Are there any deductions from my commission?
Zero. No admin fees. No marketing contributions. No platform charges. Your split × developer commission is the number that hits your account.
How do tier promotions work?
Based on rolling 12-month commission volume. Thresholds are public (see tier ladder above). Promotions are automatic — no committee, no subjective review.
What happens if the client cancels after I register the deal?
If SPA is already signed — commission is locked. Payout flows to you on the standard 7-day timeline. A cancellation after SPA is the developer's problem, not yours.
If the client walks before SPA — no commission is due. Your registration remains active for 30 days from the last client activity (site visit, unit shortlist, proposal sent). After 30 days of inactivity, the lead expires and the client is free to re-engage through another channel.

Do I get paid on resales or only off-plan?
Off-plan is the primary focus, but the platform supports secondary market and resales at the same tier split. Developer briefings are off-plan exclusive.

What's the Referral Protection Agreement?
A signed agreement between you and Insiders that your leads, your pipeline, and your 20% referral stream are protected for life. Non-transferable. Non-revocable.
Can I see another agent's deals?
No. Every agent's pipeline is private. You see your own registered clients, deals, and commissions. Insiders sees aggregates, never individual files.
