The WADI

The WADI is a major mixed-use Reportage Properties community on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, shaped around landscaped parks, reflective water features, a central green valley and a marina-facing waterfront setting.

The masterplan covers a 144,703 sq.m plot with approximately 3,950 residential units across studios, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus one, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, duplex and townhouse layouts.

The first release covers Buildings E1 and E2 on a 9,165 sq.m plot with 530 residential units. Residences are planned around generous living and kitchen spaces, high ceilings, and a terrace or balcony connection to the outdoors; townhouses are arranged over four floors with private gym, spa and roof terrace. Homes are delivered fully finished, unfurnished and without appliances. Handover is planned for Q4 2030, with amenities including a canal-side marina, waterfront dining, shops and cafes, spa, gym, rooftop pools, kids play areas, community lounge, tennis club, cycling paths, private cluster gardens and private parking.
