Sky Harmony by Peace Homes Development is a new launch in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The building structure shared in the digital presentation is ground floor with 3 retail shops, 4 podium levels, 1 dedicated amenities floor, 12 residential floors from the 2nd to the 12th, and rooftop layouts above the top floor.

The architecture features an elegant L-shaped form with a curvy facade.

The brochure confirms 194 residences in total: 90 studios with jacuzzi, 90 one-bedroom apartments with jacuzzi, 10 two-bedroom apartments with jacuzzi, and 4 two-bedroom penthouses with full-size private pools and large terraces. Studio sizes are shared from 400 to 450 sqft, 1-bedroom sizes from 720 to 862 sqft, standard 2-bedroom layouts at 1,312 sqft, and 2-bedroom penthouses from 1,800 to 2,406 sqft. Latest pricing shared by the developer starts from AED 795,000 for studios, AED 1,395,000 for 1-bedroom units, AED 1.885M for 2-bedroom corner simplex units, and AED 3.6M for 2-bedroom duplex penthouse layouts. Furniture packages are available from Italian luxury brand Natuzzi. Amenities shared across the launch notes include pool, sauna, steam room, kids pool and play area, fully equipped gym, garden, lounge, and cinema.

The brochure payment plan shows 20% down payment, 40% construction-linked instalments, and 40% upon handover. Anticipated handover is Q4 2027 and the current EOI is AED 40,000.

Developer confirmed the project has not officially launched yet, the launch date is still TBD, and remaining materials will be shared after launch.
