VILLA dell’ ARTE

Villa dell’ Arte is a freehold branded residential project by Mr. Eight Development in Dubai Islands, Dubai, presented as a serviced boutique residential building.

The scheme comprises apartments with 1 to 4-bedroom layouts, including duplex configurations, with unit sizes from 709 to 3,404 sqft and headline prices from AED 1.95 million to AED 7.272 million. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027.
