Azure by Lapis is a freehold residential tower in RAK Central, Ras Al Khaimah, planned for handover in Q4 2028.

The project is configured with two basement levels, a ground floor, three podium levels, 40 floors and three rooftop levels, with homes oriented toward golf, sea and casino views.

The residential mix includes studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, plus 3-bedroom duplex residences of around 5,800 sqft with sea and casino views. Headline pricing includes studios from AED 750,000, 1-bedroom homes from AED 1.3 million, 2-bedroom homes from AED 1.7 million and 3-bedroom duplexes around AED 12.5 million.

The payment structure includes a 75/25 plan and a 5-year payment plan with post-handover installments. Amenities include an infinity swimming pool, fully equipped gym, steam and sauna rooms, cold plunge room, walking track and BBQ area.
