Oxford Cove comprises 247 residential apartments and 6 retail units in a G+P+5 building. Starting prices: Studio from AED 679K, 1 BR from AED 1.11M, 1 BR with Study from AED 1.15M, 2 BR from AED 1.45M, 2 BR with Study from AED 1.69M, and 2 BR Duplex with Pool from AED 2.24M. Starting unit sizes: Studio from 388 sqft, 1 BR from 658 sqft, 1 BR with Study from 741 sqft, 2 BR from 1,061 sqft, 2 BR with Study from 1,041 sqft, and 2 BR Duplex with Pool from 2,159 sqft. Pre-launch / EOI buyers can secure a 40/60 payment plan with a 4% discount. After launch, a 50/50 payment plan with a 2% discount will apply; factsheet milestones show 20% on booking, 10% in 90 days, 10% on 20% construction completion, 10% on 40% construction completion, and 50% on project completion. EOI amount is AED 50K refundable for any unit. Commission confirmed at 7% pre-launch and 5% after launch. Featured amenities include a 38m leisure pool, kids pool, kid's splash pad, indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, outdoor dining, clubhouse, fitness center, meditation deck, outdoor activity area, BBQ lounge, jacuzzi, and a 30m rooftop infinity pool. Brochure is expected next week. Layouts / floor plans are expected 1 day before launch or on launch day and are currently TBD. Developer follow-up notes: average pricing is not yet confirmed. For 1-bedroom units, the average size is expected to be around 730–780 sqft, subject to final confirmation. Developer reiterated that the layouts will be almost similar to previous IMAN projects and will share confirmed information once available. Exact residential unit size ranges confirmed by developer: Studio 388–475 sqft, 1 BR 658–835 sqft, 1 BR with Study 741–830 sqft, 2 BR 1,061–1,181 sqft, and 2 BR with Study 1,041–1,503 sqft. 2 BR Duplex with Pool starts from 2,159 sqft. Minimum starting sizes were also shared in an image. Amenities are distributed across the podium level, first floor, and fifth floor. Residential unit breakdown totals 247 units: 109 studios, 68 one-bedroom units, 30 one-bedroom units with study, 21 two-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units with study, and 4 two-bedroom duplex units with pool. EOI collection starts on 6 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with launch expected later in May 2026.

Developers reiterated 7% commission, 4% discount, and a flexible 40/60 payment plan for limited units, with priority token numbers for early EOI submission. WhatsApp sales update from Viktoriia: after the latest sales push, only 12 units were said to remain under the extended pre-launch offer until Saturday — 6 x 1 BR, 3 x 1 BR with Study, and 3 x 2 BR with Study.
