Sakura Gardens is a resort-style freehold community by HRE Development in Falconcity of Wonders, Wadi Al Safa 2, designed around a car-free central landscape and lagoon setting.

The master plan spans about 49,000 sqm and includes residential towers set within a community where 50% is dedicated to greenery and amenities.

The project offers fully furnished studios, one-bedroom plus study, two-bedroom plus study and three-bedroom apartments from about 452 to 2,063 sqft, with residential starting prices from AED 720,000 and completion targeted for Q1 2029.

The payment plan is structured around 10% down payment, 50% during construction and 1% monthly over 40 months post-handover, with DLD fees shown separately.
