Aris By Grid is a pre-launch residential project by Grid Properties in Dubai South, about 10 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. Inspired by London design, the B+G+6+R building offers studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with sizes from 328 to 952 sq.ft. Starting prices are AED 599,000 for studios, AED 999,000 for 1-bedroom apartments and AED 1.25 million for 2-bedroom apartments.

The project features a resort-style podium with a temperature-controlled pool, poolside cabanas, sunken seating with fire pit, fitness centre, jogging track, tea garden, chess garden, kids pool and splash pad. Handover is scheduled for December 2029, with a 50/10/40 payment plan and AED 10,000 EOI at pre-launch.
