Azha Park Residences by Emirates Properties is a residential community in Al Helio, Ajman, currently accepting EOIs before launch.

The master plan comprises four G+3P+12 residential towers with 800 apartments across 196 studios, 404 one-bedroom apartments and 200 two-bedroom apartments. Project scale includes approximately 1,218,000 sqft BUA, 900,700 sqft residential GSA, an 80,000 sqft retail and F&B hub, 34,000 sqft of outdoor amenities and 25,000 sqft of indoor amenities.

The first release is Tower A / Phase 1 with 200 apartments: 49 studios, 101 one-bedroom apartments and 50 two-bedroom apartments. Indicative prices start from AED 380,000 for studios, AED 650,000 for one-bedroom apartments and AED 1.06M for two-bedroom apartments, with the payment plan structured as 10% down payment, 30% during construction, 10% on handover and 50% post handover over 48 months. Service charges are indicated at AED 7-8 per sqft.
