Lorévia Collection is a luxury waterfront residential building by DECA in Al Zorah City, Ajman, set among the destination's mangroves, waterways, marina, beach and golf surroundings.

The project is planned as a 2B + G + 9 floors + roof development with 178 residences and 19 retail units, offering studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments from 308 to 1,328 sq.ft., with starting prices from AED 400K for studios, AED 800K for 1-bedroom apartments and AED 1.35M for 2-bedroom apartments. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2029. The current EOI-stage payment structure is a 60/40 plan with a post-handover component; final allocation terms are subject to the approved commercial release.
