Sky Terraces is a mixed-use residential and commercial project by Binghatti Developers in Dubai Motor City.

The brochure presents the development as a resort-style residence with deep staggered terraces, green outdoor spaces and panoramic Dubai skyline views, designed around community-oriented family living.

The residential mix includes studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments across Tower A and Tower B floor plan types, with retail and commercial space also represented in the project data. Current available inventory in the database starts from AED 1.17M, with available apartments and retail spaces ranging from about 525 to 3,327 sq ft, and handover is scheduled for December 2027. Amenities highlighted in the brochure include an adult pool with shallow water pool, kids pool and water splash game, kids play area, family sitting zone, padel court, green terraces, indoor gym, jogging track and yoga area.
