Binghatti Hillside is a mixed-use project by Binghatti, located in Dubai Science Park.

The development includes three basement levels, a ground floor, two podium levels, twenty-one residential floors, and a rooftop.

The façade is designed in a modern style with clean lines and geometric shapes. Light tones dominate the palette, highlighted by GRC cladding that adds texture to the exterior.

The collection features studios, one-bedroom apartments, and commercial spaces. Interiors are finished with natural wood, marble, brass details, and mirror inserts. High-quality materials like porcelain tiles and decorative plaster create a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Amenities include adult and kids' pools, an in-water seating area, a children’s playground, a sports court, and relaxation zones.

Residents also have access to gyms with changing rooms and showers.

Located in Dubai Science Park, the project offers easy access to Al Khail Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Umm Suqeim Street.
