Sei Saadiyat is an Aldar residential development set within the Saadiyat Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

The project comprises six residential towers with 778 residences, including four mid-rise G+7 towers and two high-rise G+17 towers. Residences include 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom Kanso Lofts, 3-bedroom Kanso Residences, and selected layouts with maid room options. Prices start from AED 2.95M, with average GSA from 70 to 208 sqm, and handover is estimated for Q4 2030.

The 50/50 payment plan includes a 5% down payment.
