The community is shaped around nature, wellness, adventure, social and cultural eco-living, with landscaped gardens, treehouse and canopy experiences, zipline areas, eco-smart coworking pods, indoor and outdoor clubhouse spaces, a natural swimming lagoon, cultural square, food market, library and study garden. Homes include 6-bedroom luxury villas, 5-bedroom twin villas, 5-bedroom end townhouses, 5-bedroom mid townhouses and 4-bedroom mid townhouses, with brochure floor-plan areas from about 2,185.50 sq ft to 6,276.33 sq ft.
