Arada Properties is a UAE-headquartered developer launched in 2017, with activity across property development, retail, education, hospitality, wellness and fitness. Its UAE portfolio spans Sharjah and Dubai communities including Aljada, Masaar, Masaar 2, Masaar 3, Jouri Hills, Armani Beach Residences, W Residences at Dubai Harbour, Akala, Inaura Downtown and Anantara Sharjah Residences. The group reports AED130 billion in projects under development, AED37 billion in UAE unit sales since inception, 55,000 units across its communities, 15,000 units delivered and 9,600 units under construction, with B1/B+ corporate ratings from Moody's and Fitch. Arada has also expanded internationally into Australia and the UK, with Saudi Arabia listed as a 2026 market entry.
