Magnolia

Magnolia is a hotel-residences project by Palladium Prime Real Estate Development, located in Dubai Internet City.

The low-rise building rises ground plus five floors and is inspired by the form of the magnolia flower, combining soft curves, clean lines and warm contemporary interiors.

The development offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with starting sizes from 305 sq. ft, 680 sq. ft and 1,000 sq. ft respectively. Current launch guidance places starting prices from AED 1.2M for studios, AED 1.7M for one-bedroom apartments and AED 2.7M for two-bedroom apartments.

Residents have access to a rooftop pool, a fully equipped gym, an open-air cinema, darts and bowling areas, lounge spaces and hospitality-style common areas, with a restaurant planned on the ground floor.

Situated in Dubai Internet City, Magnolia is close to Dubai Internet City Metro, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Mall of the Emirates and major road links including Sheikh Zayed Road, Hessa Street, Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Handover is planned for Q2 2028.
