EVERGR1N House 2 is an Object One residential project in Jumeirah Garden City, close to Sheikh Zayed Road, 2nd December Street and World Trade Centre Metro Station.

The G+2P+8F+R building includes studios, 1-bedroom, 1.5-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments ranging from about 397 to 1,232 sq ft, with layouts designed around bright interiors, functional living spaces and smart-home features.
