Native Haus is a low-rise residential development in Jumeirah Village Triangle by Native Properties, the Dubai development arm of Avighna Group.

The project offers 162 boutique residences and 6 retail units across 6 storeys, with studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus study and two-bedroom plus maid residences. Published sizes range from 403 to 1,035 sqft, with launch entry prices from AED 699,999 and two-bedroom plus maid homes from AED 1,750,000. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2029.

The launch payment plan is 30/70, with 30% paid before handover across booking, 30-day, 60-day, June 2027 and January 2028 milestones, and 70% on handover.
