Mira Hills

Mira Hills is a large mixed-use master-planned community by Mira Developments in Al Mamoura, Abu Dhabi, strategically positioned along the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway and developed through a landmark AED 2.47 billion land sale agreement with AD Ports Group.

The masterplan is planned on an estimated 50 million sqft land parcel, with total investment expected to exceed AED 55 billion and approximately 30 million sqft of built-up area.

The community is designed around residential apartment plots, villa and townhouse plots, branded residences, commercial and leisure districts, supported by lagoons, central park, district and neighbourhood mosques, education and healthcare facilities, a major retail and indoor ski destination, golf and clubhouse facilities, hotels, luxury retail, restaurant and pool club, and community amenities. Construction is scheduled to commence within 12 months of the 29 September 2025 agreement date, with completion currently indicated within seven years. Completion is expected within seven years from the agreement effective date of September 29, 2025.
