REFINE Meriden Beach Residences is a freehold beachfront residential project on Dubai Islands in Dubai, developed by Green Horizon Developments in partnership with Refine.

The scheme offers 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with unit sizes from 1,200 to 2,070 sq ft and headline prices from AED 2,745,390 to AED 4,378,350, with handover scheduled for Q1 2028.
