Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences Phase II is a branded beachfront residential project by ELEVATE on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, created with Accor and Ennismore's Mondrian brand, architecture by Gensler, and interiors by Bergman Design House.

The project offers private beachfront living with direct beach access, uninterrupted sea views from every residence, and a hospitality-led amenity program including Fi'lia Restaurant & Bar, a rooftop clubhouse, pools and wellness facilities.

The residential mix includes 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, townhouses, penthouses, duplex penthouses, and sky villas. Current guidance lists 1-bedroom apartments around 850 sqft from AED 2.8M, 2-bedroom apartments around 1,300 sqft from AED 4.1M, 3-bedroom apartments around 1,900 sqft from AED 5.7M, 3-bed townhouses around 3,000 sqft from AED 8.54M, and 3-bed penthouses around 2,650 sqft from AED 8.53M. Larger 4-bed townhouses, 4-bed duplex penthouses, and 5-bed duplex penthouses are offered on a price-on-application basis, with sizes extending to about 9,000 sqft. Handover is targeted for Q4 2028.
