Riga Waterfront by Eagle Hills is a 55-hectare riverfront district on the Daugava River in Riga, Latvia, planned as a sustainable mixed-use destination with residential, retail, cultural and leisure spaces. Park Residences sits within the Soho District and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, seventh-floor mansard apartments and ground-level townhouses, with landscaped green courtyards, raised courtyard spaces, retail, bicycle and stroller storage and underground parking.

The wider masterplan includes a 5 km riverfront, yacht marinas, cruise terminals, the Riga Power Station retail and dining hub, and direct city-centre connections by tram and ferry. Current sales proposal details show handover in September 2028 with a 20/80 payment structure.
