Greenz by Danube is a freehold residential villa and townhouse community in Dubai Academic City, Dubai, developed by Danube Properties, a UAE developer known for mid-market residential projects across Dubai.

The launch includes 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas and townhouses with unit sizes from 2,350 to 3,800 sq ft and headline prices from AED 3.5 million to AED 6.6 million, with handover scheduled for Q4 2029.
