Damac Islands 2 - Bahamas 1 is part of DAMAC Islands 2, DAMAC Properties' island-inspired master community in Dubai.

The November 2025 brochure positions the community around eight themed island escapes: Bahamas, Tahiti, Bermuda, Barbados, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Antigua.

The master plan is organised around five eco-living pillars - nature, wellness, adventure, social and cultural - with botanic gardens, healing spa and herb garden, eco-education areas, wild park, observation decks, outdoor and indoor clubhouse zones, a natural swimming lagoon, cultural square, food market, museum library and study garden.

The homes include luxury villas, twin villas and townhouses with private gardens, rooftop terraces or private pools depending on the typology, using natural textures, porcelain finishes, brushed brass details and walnut wood veneer accents.
