Arthouse Residences is the first Middle East residential expression of the Arthouse Hotel New York City brand, developed by Cledor on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

The 201-unit hotel-branded project includes 50 studios, 141 one-bedroom residences, 2 one-bedroom + study residences and 8 one-bedroom duplexes, with floor-to-ceiling windows, wrap-around balconies and fully equipped kitchens. It is close to Turtle Beach, Wynn Resort, Al Hamra Marina, Al Hamra Golf Club and RAK International Airport, with completion planned for Q4 2027 and a 40/60 payment plan. Amenities include a private beach club, rooftop adults-only pool, kids play area, barbecue area, retail and cafe spaces, fitness club, yoga deck, spa, steam and sauna, concierge, valet and hotel services.
