AMRA Integrative Wellness Resort by Citi Developers is a beachfront wellness-led residential resort in Umm Al Quwain, planned as five iconic sea-facing towers across two phases.

The project offers studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom fully furnished and serviced apartments with 100% sea views and private beach access. Current published starting prices begin from AED 790,000 for studios, AED 1.3M for 1-bedroom apartments, AED 1.85M for 2-bedroom apartments and AED 2.4M for 3-bedroom apartments. Phase 1 is scheduled for Q4 2028 and Phase 2 for Q4 2029.

The AMRA BNB model supports short-term rental operations, and each apartment is promoted with Citi Buddy, an AI-powered robot companion for smart assistance, automation and home management.

The wellness concept includes 125+ amenities across spa and hydrotherapy facilities, cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, red light therapy, panoramic gyms, yoga and meditation studios, Crescent Garden, private cinema, coworking spaces, sports courts and sea-view leisure areas.

The standing payment structure is a 70/30 plan with 1% monthly instalments during construction and post-handover instalments over three years.
