Hado by Beyond is a Japanese-inspired waterfront residential community within the SIORA master plan on Island B, Dubai Islands. Three sculpted towers rise across 21 levels around a shared base of gardens, courtyards and reflection pools, with homes oriented toward sea, cove, skyline and greenery views.

The project offers spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, selected three- and four-bedroom duplexes and limited four-bedroom simplex homes, with refined interiors shaped by natural textures, warm oak, stone, brushed metal and 3.2-metre floor-to-ceiling heights.

Residents have access to boutique retail, lobby lounges, pool deck, terrace garden, cabanas, Zen lounge, chef's kitchen, cigar lounge, multipurpose hall, kids' club, fitness studio, wellness spa and yoga studio.
