Royal Yacht Club Residences by Azimuth Development is a marina-front residential project on Dubai Islands, designed around waterfront living with sea and marina views, spacious balconies, promenade retail, and access to Dubai Islands' beach lifestyle.

The project offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, with sizes from 711 to 3,894 sq. ft. Starting prices begin from AED 2.41M for 1-bedroom homes, AED 3.66M for 2-bedroom homes, AED 6.55M for 3-bedroom homes, and AED 8.89M for 4-bedroom homes.

The payment structure is 40/60, including 20% on booking, two 10% instalments during construction, and 60% on handover. Handover is planned for Q4 2027. Amenities include an infinity pool, gym, yoga spaces, kids' areas, marina-front leisure areas, and nearby retail along the waterfront.
