Nobu Residences at Ogami is Aldar Properties’ first Nobu Residences launch in Egypt, set within Ogami on Ras El Hekma’s North Coast, 83 km from Marsa Matrouh.

The 34-acre beachfront enclave includes an 80-key Nobu Hotel, Nobu Restaurant, 25 branded villas, 150 branded residences and 36 serviced residences managed by Nobu Hotel. Fully furnished homes range from serviced double rooms of 52 sqm and branded 1-bedroom residences of 118 sqm to 5-bedroom villas of 434.2 sqm, with prices from EGP 30M for branded residences, EGP 35M for serviced residences and EGP 250M for villas.

The payment plan runs over 8 years with 15% in the first two years and 5% at handover, with refundable EOIs for priority access. Handover is scheduled for 2029.
