Karl Lagerfeld Beach Residences by Aark is a branded beachfront residential project on Al Marjan Island 2 in Ras Al Khaimah.

Designed by Karl Lagerfeld with architecture by Nikken Sekkei, the development is configured as B+G+18 and comprises 663 fully furnished and fitted residences with uninterrupted sea views.

The released collection includes 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 3 and 4 bedroom residences with pools, and a limited selection of Sky Villas, Beach Villas, and Loft Villas with pools. Known launched pricing starts from AED 2.8M, while shared sizes currently range from 875 to 13,914 sqft, with handover targeted for Q2 2028.
