Olive Farms is a Muriya farmhouse villa community in Jebel Sifah near Muscat, shaped around slow outdoor living, family gathering and generous private gardens.

The project sits within Jebel Sifah, a 6.2 million sqm coastal master development between 5.5 km of shoreline and the Al Hajar Mountains, anchored by a 117-berth marina, a 9-hole PGA Harradine golf course, boutique hotels, cafes, restaurants, beach clubs, kids club, watersports, horse stables and beach camp.

The final release includes a limited collection of 15 private villas with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom farmhouse layouts, private gardens, mountain views and quick access to the sea. Current final-release prices start from AED 842,740 for 1 bedroom, AED 1,003,323 for 2 bedroom and AED 1,227,663 for 3 bedroom villas, with a 3-year home ownership plan and handover expected in September 2029.
