You keep 90% until you've earned AED 400K in commission. After that, you keep 100% minus a flat AED 1,850 admin fee per deal, so the bigger the deal, the closer you are to the full 100%. Your cycle resets every 12 months from the date you join.
Insiders earns 10% until your cap, then a flat AED 1,850 admin fee per sales deal. Rental deals carry a flat AED 500 admin fee. We make our main margin on exclusive developer projects, paid by the developer, not by you.

How does the AED 400K cap work?
You keep 90% until you've earned AED 400K in commission. From then on you keep 100%. Your cycle resets every 12 months from the date you join.
What is FastPay?
FastPay can advance your commission within 7 days of SPA verification on any deal, instead of waiting for the developer to pay. It takes 10 points off your split on that deal: 90% becomes 80% before your AED 400K cap, and 100% becomes 90% after it. You choose it deal by deal and see both amounts in AED before you confirm. Developer exclusives are always paid 48h after SPA.
What are distress deals?
Properties from owners who need to sell quickly, usually below market price. Verified before they're listed.
Is there a subscription?
No. No subscription, no monthly payment, no minimum volume.
When am I paid?
When the developer pays the commission — or within 7 days of SPA on any deal where you choose FastPay.
Who owns my clients?
You do. Registered clients are protected under your name, contractually.
Do I need a licence to close deals?
Insiders handles licensing with you: your AM sets up your RERA registration during onboarding, and nothing on the platform waits for it — you register deals and get paid as usual. RERA course and licence fees are paid by the agent; ask your Account Manager for a quote. Rather not close deals yourself? Refer clients as a Partner and earn up to 60%.
How does Insiders make money?
10% of your commission until your cap, then a flat AED 1,850 admin fee per sales deal (AED 500 on rentals), the FastPay deduction on deals where you choose it, and our margin on exclusive developer projects.
