Coralis by Palladium Prime Real Estate Development is a boutique Meydan Riviera residential project inspired by the organic forms of living corals.

The development sits along the canal in Meydan One, with crystal lagoon, Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline views from selected residences.

The mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom furnished smart-home apartments with maid or study spaces, plus a limited collection of sky villas. Current project material lists 66 homes in total, with apartments starting from about 797 sq. ft and prices from AED 1.95M. Amenities include adult and kids pools, jacuzzi, padel, tennis, gym, outdoor theatre, juice bar, sports areas and landscaped leisure spaces, with handover scheduled for Q2 2028.
