ONE DEVELOPMENT "Joud Residence"

Joud Residence by One Development is a G+48-storey AI-integrated residential tower on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, comprising 289 contemporary units across 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences, plus 3,789.65 sq.ft of retail space.

The project sits in a strategic location near Reem Mall and Al Fay Park, around 5–7 minutes to Abu Dhabi's CBD, 15 minutes to Saadiyat and the Corniche, 25 minutes to Yas Island, and 30 minutes to Zayed International Airport. Expected handover is June 2029. Current launch pricing starts from AED 1.46M for 1-bedroom units, AED 1.96M for 2-bedroom units, AED 4.41M for 3-bedroom units, and AED 4.99M for 4-bedroom units. EOIs are currently being collected, with launch expected in the first week of June 2026. EOI agreement dated 26 April 2026 confirms the token amount at AED 100,000, subject to contract and unit availability.

The project includes 320 parking bays and intelligent community features.
