Bay Square is a mixed-use community located in the central Business Bay neighbourhood, Dubai.

The project was developed by Dubai Properties, with Khatib & Alami as architectural consultants.

The development comprises 13 mid-rise buildings linked by a pedestrianised area with retail outlets, food outlets and a state-of-the-art gym. Bay Square comprises three residential complexes and a hotel offering a total of 326 apartments, 570 offices and 123 retail units.

The complex provides modern services and amenities for comfortable living and business: five levels of underground parking, high-speed lifts, security and video surveillance, meeting rooms, a fitness centre, an on-site swimming pool with terrace, and 24-hour concierges in each building. Within a 4-minute drive from Bay Square are the major Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, Burj Park, Dubai Fountain and Souk Al Bahar Market.
