The Residences at Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort Phase 2 is the second phase launch by Atara Development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The phase focuses on Sheraton-branded, fully furnished serviced residences with panoramic sea and island views.

The launch details include one-bedroom apartments with island-view pricing from AED 2.2M and sea-view pricing from AED 2.47M, plus two-bedroom layouts listed in the Phase 2 fact sheet.

The project is scheduled for Q3 2028 handover with a 30/70 payment structure for one-bedroom apartments, 5% booking, 5% on SPA, 20% during construction and 70% on handover. Amenities include private beach access, pools, kids facilities, dining venues, wellness spaces, co-working areas, entertainment lounges, valet parking, Sheraton hospitality services and shuttle access to key landmarks.
