Eligibility
Do I need a RERA card to join?
It depends on what you want to do on Insiders.
If you just want to refer clients — pass a lead to Insiders and let one of our RERA-carded closing agents handle the deal — no card needed. You get paid a referral fee on every deal that closes. Passive, compliant, and open to anyone with a network: mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, international agents, anyone with the right contacts.
Can I work with Insiders and stay with my current brokerage?
Yes. Run both in parallel for as long as you like. No exclusivity clauses, no minimum volume.
Do you accept agents with no prior Dubai experience?
Yes. If you've closed deals anywhere — anywhere — and you're coachable, your AM will build a 30-day ramp plan.
Can I join from outside the UAE?
Yes — and most of our international members never set foot in Dubai.
You don't need a RERA card or a UAE visa to earn on Insiders. Here's how it works depending on what you want to do:
Refer a client — send us a buyer from your network. Our RERA-licensed closing agents handle the deal in Dubai. You get paid a referral fee when it closes. No license needed.
Co-broker a deal — represent your client on your side, we represent them in Dubai. Commission split negotiated per deal. Compliant in both markets.
Refer another agent — bring an agent onto Insiders. Earn 20% of Insiders's margin on every deal they close, for life. Works from anywhere in the world.

How and when am I paid?
When the developer pays, at your tier split. Pro & Team members can use FastPay to advance it within 7 days of SPA.
Are there any deductions from my commission?
No admin or marketing fees. The only optional cost is FastPay: if you choose to advance a commission, FastPay takes 10 points off your split on that deal (80% becomes 70%), or 5 points on a referral deal. You see both amounts in AED before you choose. Platform plans are billed separately.
How do tier promotions work?
Based on rolling 12-month commission volume. Thresholds are public (see tier ladder above). Promotions are automatic — no committee, no subjective review.
What happens if the client cancels after I register the deal?
If SPA is already signed — commission is due when the developer pays it. If you took a FastPay advance and the deal is cancelled, the advance is deducted from your next payouts.
If the client walks before SPA — no commission is due. Your registration remains active for 30 days from the last client activity (site visit, unit shortlist, proposal sent). After 30 days of inactivity, the lead expires and the client can re-engage through another channel.
We protect active work. Not placeholder registrations.
Do I get paid on resales or only off-plan?
Off-plan is the primary focus, but the platform supports secondary market and resales at the same tier split. Developer briefings are off-plan exclusive.

Selling is never paywalled — submit clients and earn your split on every closed deal, and Insiders only takes a share of the developer commission when you get paid. The platform's tools run on simple plans: Insider Member at $289/year, Insider Pro at $689/year (live Dubai inventory, unlimited AI, and the marketing studio), plus Team at $1,788/year for offices. Cancel anytime.

Can I access the platform on mobile?
Yes — fully. Insiders runs in your mobile browser with every feature agents need in the field: generate catalogues, check commission status, register deals, and message your AM from your phone while you're with a client.
A native iOS and Android app is in development. Until then, the full platform runs in your mobile browser.
Switching risk
Will Insiders poach my clients?
No. Your registered clients are yours — contractually. We don't market to them. If they buy a second unit through Insiders in 10 years, you still get your split.
What's the Referral Protection Agreement?
A signed agreement between you and Insiders that your leads, your pipeline, and your referral earnings are protected for life. Non-transferable. Non-revocable.
Can I see another agent's deals?
No. Every agent's pipeline is private. You see your own registered clients, deals, and commissions. Insiders sees aggregates, never individual files.
