The Beach House by Range Development is a beachfront residential project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, positioned close to Wynn Al Marjan Island and key resort destinations.

The development includes 88 residences ranging from studios to 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, with simplex and duplex layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, beach views and contemporary interiors. Amenities include resort beach access, an outdoor pool, gym and spa, arrival lobby and landscaped leisure areas.

The payment structure is 5% on reservation, 15% on SPA signing, 50% during construction in 6.25% quarterly installments, and 30% on construction completion, with expected handover in Q1 2026.
