Richmond District by Mira Developments is Al Furjan's first integrated branded community, set beside the metro station and offering fully furnished, serviced residences branded by John Richmond.

Developer reconfirmed on 18 May 2026 that Richmond District is still in EOI phase. Brochure and floor-plan collateral are not yet released, and available sales material will be shared once ready.

The 20 May 2026 factsheet revises starting prices to AED 913,000 for studios, AED 1.63M for 1-bedroom and AED 2.534M for 2-bedroom residences, reflecting larger layouts ranging from 390.2 to 1,321.9 sqft.
