DAMAC "Shoreline"

Shoreline is an iconic project by Damac Properties, located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The complex was designed in collaboration with Babolex.

The building consists of 20 floors with 16 floors of luxury 1-3 bedroom apartments, a rooftop bar with spectacular panoramic sunset views, a Zen garden and yoga club, and podium level amenities such as a sand dune inspired adult pool, children's pool with playground, Aqua Oasis water retreat, jogging track, gym and spa, and 4-5 bedroom townhouses. Water sports such as surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, snorkeling and scuba diving, an island with an underwater viewing platform, bamboo devices, barking houses and a floating bar are also available to residents.

The unique location of the complex is one of its main features. Al Marjan Island Beach and the UAE's first casino, Wynn Resort, are just 5 minutes away. Al Hamra Mall, Al Hamra Marina & Yacht Club, Ras Al Khaimah Corniche and Ice Land Water Park can be reached in 10-20 minutes, while Dubai takes about an hour.
