Do I need real-estate experience?+

What's the AED 720 onboarding fee for?+
Full CRM access (desktop + mobile), account manager assignment, onboarding training & certification, developer presentation library, proposal generator. One-time fee. No monthly charges. A single deal earns AED 15,000–AED 200,000+ in commission — the AED 720 pays for itself on your first closing.
Can I do this part-time?+

Can I work from my country, or do I need to be in Dubai?+

How does the 7-day payment work?+
Once your client signs the SPA and pays the booking amount, our finance team processes commission within 7 business days. Traditional brokerages wait 3–6 months for the developer to pay — we front your commission from our own funds.
How do commission tiers work?+
Splits go up to 80% and increase as you grow. Multiple levels and milestones. The more commission you generate, the higher your split on the next deal. Your account manager walks you through the exact tiers during onboarding.
How do I receive my money?+
International bank transfer, Wise, or cryptocurrency (USDT). Choose whatever works for your country.
What if I don't close any deals?+
