Do I need real-estate experience?+
No. Over 60% of our agents come from completely different industries — sales, marketing, finance, consulting, teaching. You do not need a property background. We provide the training, the projects, an account manager, and the developer presentations. Your job is connecting investors with opportunities.
How much does it cost?+
Membership starts free. There are optional paid plans with additional benefits, and you'll choose what fits after your application is approved.
Can I do this part-time?+
Absolutely. Most agents start part-time — 5–10 hrs/week, 1–2 deals/month is realistic. No minimum hours, no quotas, no mandatory meetings. Everything is remote and async.
Can I work from my country, or do I need to be in Dubai?+

How much can I realistically earn?+
Entry tier (1–2 deals/month): AED 15,000–AED 30,000. Active (3–5 deals/month): AED 50,000–AED 100,000. Top performer (8+ deals/month): AED 100,000–AED 300,000+. Example: an AED 2M property at 5% developer commission = AED 100,000; at a 60% entry-tier split, you earn AED 60,000 on a single deal.
How does the 7-day payment work?+
Once your client signs the SPA and pays the booking amount, we process your first commission in as fast as 7 business days — most brokerages make you wait 3–6 months for the developer to pay. 7-day payouts on every deal are available on our paid plans.
How do commission tiers work?+
Splits go up to 80% and increase as you grow. Multiple levels and milestones. The more commission you generate, the higher your split on the next deal. Your account manager walks you through the exact tiers during onboarding.
How do I receive my money?+
International bank transfer, Wise, or cryptocurrency (USDT). Choose whatever works for your country.
What if I don't close any deals?+
90-Day Deal Guarantee: complete the curriculum and your onboarding call, and if you haven't closed your first deal in 90 days, we work with you 1-on-1 until you do.
